Although it was a week early, Kaede's playgroup had an Easter party! So I put my creative thinking hat on and made Easter cupcake baskets!! They were extremely messy to make but fun!!
Everything was edible!! They even make edible Easter grass now!
Grammy came over to help and shared the extra cupcake with Kaede!!
The next day it was party time!! Last year Kaede wasn't old enough to even understand Easter, so he wasn't sure about picking up eggs off the ground...until he realized that there is good stuff in the middle!! After picking up 3 eggs Kaede was over it!
He found marshmellows!! Something he had never had before!
And this is Kaede with too many jelly beans and marshmellows!! It was a great party!!
