I was excited for Easter to come, I had been picking up things here and there for Kaede's Easter basket! When I was putting it together I realized how much stuff I had collected! Tony had to work all day so I waited for him to get home so we could give Kaede his Easter basket together!
Of course the first thing he found was the ONLY Easter egg that I put in the basket! Unfortunately there was no candy in there for him, I figured he had enough jelly beans in the past week to last him until next Easter!
Last summer my mom found one of these light up glow sticks for the 4th of July, he played with it until the lights burned out. So I was excited when I found a sports one!
One of Kaede's favorite things is this baseball glove and ball that Grammy got him! The glove fits him perfectly and the ball sticks to glove!!
I thought it was time for Kaede to experience chalk! We don't have much room on our front patio to draw but it was just enough space for Kaede! He couldn't figure out how the chalk work so........
He tried to eat them!! He quickly realized they don't taste all that great!
Kaede and I made the best of Easter even though Tony had to work!
I did make sure that I made a holiday handprint shirt for Easter!! This one was definitely challange because I had to manage to only have paint on two fingers and his palm and hoped he didn't close his hand! But they turned out good!
We also took Kaede to see the Easter bunny and he did GREAT!! He was apprehensive at first but once he touched its leg he was okay with sitting on his lap!
